Where your tasks come from
When you have a meeting, Abacor automatically pulls the action items from that meeting and populates them in Task Management. There's no manual setup required — once your meeting wraps, your tasks are waiting for you.
Viewing your tasks
Head to Task Management to see all the tasks from your meetings in one place. This gives you a single view of everything you're responsible for following up on.
Opening a task
When you open up a task, you'll see two helpful things:
Activity history — A record of previous activity on the task, including who changed task information and what they changed. This makes it easy to see how a task has evolved and who's been involved.
Comments — You can leave comments on any task for your team to see. Use this to share updates, ask questions, or add context that helps everyone stay aligned.
Creating your own tasks
In addition to the tasks Abacor generates from your meetings, you can create your own tasks at any time. This is useful for capturing to-dos that come up outside of a meeting.
Please note: Task assignment is not currently supported. You cannot create a task and assign it to another individual — tasks you create are your own.
Troubleshooting
Tasks Not Appearing After a Meeting: If tasks from a recent meeting haven't populated in Task Management, give it a few minutes to finish processing, then refresh your page. Tasks are generated automatically once the meeting wraps.
Comments or Changes Not Saving: After leaving a comment or updating a task, try refreshing your page to confirm the change took effect. If it still doesn't appear, check your internet connection and try again.
Activity History Not Updating: If recent changes aren't showing in a task's activity history, refresh the page. If the history still looks incomplete, contact support for assistance.
