Connect Abacor to ChatGPT

Step 1: Open Apps in ChatGPT

Open ChatGPT Desktop/web. Click the App menu in the top-left corner of your screen and select Abacor.

Step 2: Connect Abacor

Click Connect button

Step 3: Sign into Abacor

Sign into Abacor via ChatGPT

Step 4: Allow ChatGPT to access Abacor

Select Allow to give permission to ChatGPT to access your Abacor metadata

Step 5: Successfully connected!

Troubleshooting

• Authorization fails? Make sure you're signed into the correct Abacor account, then retry. If you manage multiple workspaces, verify the approval screen shows the workspace you intended to connect.

• Abacor tools not running in chat? Open the tools menu in your conversation and confirm the Abacor connector is toggled on. Some chats may require you to enable it explicitly per conversation.

• ChatGPT can't find a meeting, contact, or organization? Confirm the item exists in Abacor and that your account can view it. Try rephrasing with a specific date, title, or full name.

• Connection drops or returns auth errors? Your session may have expired. Disconnect and reconnect Abacor from Settings > Apps to refresh your credentials.
