Connecting to Karbon

Abacor integrates with Karbon using a secure connection token (JWT). Once connected, you can publish meeting notes, transcripts, and action items directly into Karbon timelines.

Get Your Connection Token from Karbon

Step 1: Log in to your Karbon account.

Step 2: Go to Settings > Integrations >Abacor.

Step 3: Under Connection token, you’ll see a JWT Token field.

Step 4: Click Copy to copy your token.

Add the Token in Abacor

Step 1: In Abacor, go to Settings > Integrations.

Step 2: Select Karbon from the list.

Step 3: Paste your JWT Token into the token field.

Step 4: Click Save & Connect.

Step 5: Once successful, you’ll see a confirmation message.

Troubleshooting

  • If your token doesn’t work, double-check you copied the full JWT token.

  • Tokens may expire — if so, generate a new one in Karbon and reconnect in Abacor.

  • Ensure you have the right permissions in Karbon to create and use tokens.
