The Opportunities tab is where Revenue Assistant surfaces potential revenue opportunities across your client base. You can review overall stats at a glance and open any individual opportunity to see the full details behind it.

Step 1: Open the Opportunities Tab

From your Abacor dashboard, select Opportunities in the left navigation.

Step 2: Review Your Stats

The top of the Opportunities page shows summary stats for your firm, giving you a quick read on how many opportunities Revenue Assistant has identified and what they represent.

Use this view to get an overall picture before drilling into anything specific.

Step 3: Open a Specific Opportunity

Below the stats, you'll see your list of opportunities. Click any opportunity to open it.

Step 4: Review the Opportunity Details

Opening an opportunity shows you the full detail behind it, including:

  • The client the opportunity applies to

  • The service Revenue Assistant is recommending

  • The confidence score

  • The supporting context Revenue Assistant used to identify it

Understanding the Confidence Score

The confidence score reflects how strongly Revenue Assistant believes the opportunity is a fit. A higher score means stronger supporting signals; a lower score means the opportunity may be worth a closer look before you act on it.

Treat the score as a way to prioritize your follow-up, not as a final answer. You know your clients better than the system does.

Troubleshooting

Opportunities Tab Not Visible Confirm you have the correct permissions. If the tab still doesn't appear, contact your Abacor admin.

No Opportunities Showing Revenue Assistant needs a service catalog to work from. Check that your services have been entered or imported under Settings > Service Catalog. See Setting Up Your Service Catalog for help.

An Opportunity Looks Wrong or Irrelevant Review the supporting context on the opportunity detail page to see what it was based on. If the recommendation still doesn't make sense, let us know so we can improve future results.

Stats Look Out of Date Refresh the page. If the numbers still look incorrect, contact support.
